William Henry Cotton (1880 - )

This small but beautiful, sensitive watercolor is an antique. It has a few small spots of age and moisture damage in the upper right hand corner. Cotton was born in Stockton, New Jersey. He is listed in Who's Who in American Art, 1947 and 1953.
